In order to integrate BJJ into your life, I emphasize a style and a teaching method that allows my students to stay on the mat as much and for as many years as they’d like. The goal for every student I work with is that they are still on the mats rolling at 85, so I teach, and we train with that idea in mind.
BJJ is more than a sport, it’s a community, with a social connection and group camaraderie, that cannot easily be duplicated. BJJ is more than a workout, it’s a way of life.
