Classes
Our small and large group classes are at the heart of what makes our gym special. We don’t offer “theme” classes like most gyms–every day our trainers innovate and invent, meaning each workout is unique and tailored towards our client’s fitness needs. The movements and lifts performed in our classes are generally learned as part of one-on-one sessions with trainers.

Check out some of our all-new specialty classes starting in January:

Recreate Kids: Monday & Wednesday 3:30 pm
Run, jump, crawl, climb and have tons of fun doing it! Join us for this 1 hour kids class where we’ll develop speed, agility and coordination.

Bodyweight Class: with Taylor Kruse Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 pm
This class will provide an ideal change of pace for anyone already participating in our Recreate workouts. Using only your body and space, we will explore the essence of exercise through freedom of movement. From primitive power to grace and fluidity, our new Body Weight Class will provide a fun and challenging training environment suited for all skill levels!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: with Michelle Smith Monday @ 7:30 pm and Wednesday @ 4:30 pm
New power vinyasa yoga class! Vinyasa yoga is a face-paced practice that translates to “breath-synchronized movement.” By combining movement and breath the class will help students enhance flexibility, balance, and body-awareness. The class will be an excellent accompaniment to the strength work we do at the gym.
The class will be accessible for beginners and will offer more experienced yoga students advanced variations.
About Michelle: I began practicing yoga ten years. Beginning three years ago, I began a daily vinyasa practice. My yoga practice has enhanced my life in too many ways to name. I am very excited to share all the benefits of yoga with the recreate family! See you on the mat.
