Our small and large group classes are at the heart of what makes our gym special. We don’t offer “theme” classes like most gyms–every day our trainers innovate and invent, meaning each workout is unique and tailored towards our client’s fitness needs. The movements and lifts performed in our classes are generally learned as part of one-on-one sessions with trainers.

Primal Recess: with Jesse Fairbanks Tuesday & Thursday 4:30 pm
Primal Recess is Recreate’s movement-based class emphasizing our instinctual abilities to push, pull, lift, carry, crawl, run, throw, catch and play. In Primal Recess, we work on a primitive set of skills that offers a different framework for training your body and mind. As a progressive class by design, participants should be comfortable coming into contact with other people and have a moderate level of fitness. Class size is limited. Please register and sign up online prior to class.
