Come to the gym
Every Tuesday and Saturday we invite first-timers to experience a class for themselves. We offer an introductory special of 10 sessions for $75.00. Visit the gym, meet our staff, and get started!
Get personal
Most clients begin with personal training for a series of 5-10 sessions. Working with a trainer allows you to build your general fitness base and gain familiarity with our movements in a safe, relaxed environment. Personal training is an excellent choice if your needs or goals include:
- Weight loss and improved body composition
- Extra accountability
- You’re new to exercise
- You have specific performance oriented goals
- You want to work on technique and refine basic skills
Your trainer will tailor workouts specifically for your current fitness level and progress you at the proper pace for you. Following your initial sessions you may then choose to continue private training or join our group classes.
Take our classes
Once you’ve learned the moves, you’re ready for our classes. We’ve traded in mirrors and machines for hopscotch and hurdles. In our small and large group classes, you’ll be running, jumping, swinging kettlebells, working hard, and having fun, while still getting enough personal attention to take your physical fitness to the next level.
