THE BIG 55!
The Big 55 is a great workout to challenge yourself and get a little creative.
Taylor’s teaching his second bodyweight class tonight at 4:30pm.
If you’re sore from the Big 55 or other workouts this week, the 5:30 and 6:30 class will provide you a chance to shake everything out.
