Body Weight and 40/20

Yesterday debuted the Body Weight class.  Taylor had people crawling, flowing, L-sitting and, even somersaulting.  Don’t miss tonight’s second yoga class at 4:30pm and if you missed Body Weight, there is another class Thursday at 4:30pm.

Warm-Up:
10-pass thrus
10-overhead squats
5-spidy to cossack

Skill:
sandbag leg thread-6 each side
hindu pushup-6-10
trx t’s and y’s-6 of each movement

Workout:
40/20
in place 5x rest 90 secs btw sets
skaters
h2h swings
mobility burpee and or kick thru burpee
alt dead clean-from the floor, should be heavy
jump rope
